Hello everyone 🌼

It has been a long time since I've posted. A lot has happened and we all know how terrible I am with updates. I have moved countries! I live in Vientiane, Laos now, and for the next few years.

In the short time I've been here I've been exposed to the craziest energies, moving in to a new home is always going to bring a huge energy shift as you navigate the environment and the energy that is already in the home and attached to furnishings etc. This home had some energy that wasnt entirely happy with its new visitors so that was a huge story in itself which I'll share sometime soon.

I got rid of all of the distractions in my life and allowed space for the new. Opening willingly to anything that was for my greatest and highest good. Some experiences have been pleasant and some not so pleasant but as I always say life is full of experiences, everything that happens is just an experience and there's always a lesson and growth. It's been cool to have the space to reflect on all of the experiences and adventures without the need to rush or set aside specific times to process. Dealing with experiences as they arise instantly gives a different appreciation for the raw amd the ugly, for allowing yourself to explore those initial reactions and feelings that arise fast and for really sitting in discomfort and processing what they are and where they are coming from.

The gratitude I feel for this experience therr are no words for. Within three days of being here I was welcomed by some amazing women and I have continued to build relationships and networks and have had continuous laughs and adventures. There is no other word than grateful.

Anyway I will get better at updates and checking in! I am still working remotely for anyone needing me and I will be opening my business here and am in the process of developing opportunities here with the most beautiful like minded souls 🥰

Today I'm sending a reminder to ground. Get rid of the distractions, breathe and ask for and allow all that is for your greatest and highest good to enter. Them embrace every experience 🍃
