📣 There has been another update! 📣

The Medicare rebate for a podiatry visit has increased. While this does mean the fee we will be charging goes up slightly- you will still receive the full amount back as a rebate as long as you have not used your allocated visits from your Chronic Care Management Plan elsewhere.

Going forward - if you are being seen as part of a Chronic Care Management Plan - you will be charged $61.80. Your rebate will be processed and will be allocated into your bank account that is linked with Medicare within 24-48 hours.

We apologise for the changes yet again, but the tricky beast of Medicare is a rollercoaster ride that we are navigating day by day!

✅ Patients will pay $60.35 on the day of their appointment.
✅ We will process a Medicare Patient Claim on your behalf.
✅ Your rebate will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account, typically within 48 hours.

Guess who's back... Back again....
ONLINE BOOKINGS! 🙌

The changes have been made finally since recent household roster changes and the system is back up and running for you to do your bookings online once again!

We are sorry it took so long but technology got us stumped there for a bit! We appreciate your understanding and hope that we don't have to make any more changes. 🤞

Hi everyone!
Unfortunately, our online booking system will be down for a short while.
We have had some roster changes within our household and that's causing me to re-shuffle all my available days.
We are working hard to get these changes into the books.
It does mean some appointments will need to be rescheduled to accommodate the changes, but we will be in contact in the next few days if your appointment is one of these.
Once everything's organised, our online bookings will be back up and available! We will let you know ASAP!

Hi everyone!

While it's been a tough two weeks with both kids' surgery's, we are finally on the other end and getting back to normal life again.

I am back seeing patients again as of Monday 🙌

With everything over the last two weeks, I know I have been a bit harder to reach and over the next few days I will be working through the missed calls and voice messages to start getting everyone sorted.

Please keep utilising the online booking site as all current availabilities are shown there and keep an eye out for a website popping up soon for the business!

Hey everyone!
While we’ve gone to great lengths to get our online booking system up and going, we understand that at the moment it’s harder than ever to get an appointment.

As most of you know , Lucinda has two young children, who unfortunately need to go to Perth for some routine surgeries which has made her unavailable for a few weeks in March.

While we understand it’s a bit frustrating to have such a wait to get into her, these things are unavoidable and hopefully they have a speedy recovery and she’s back ready to go late March.

Please be patient with us during this time and continue to use the online booking system to see when her next available booking is!

Hopefully we will be expanding the team in the next few months which will help create some extra appointments 👀🤞🏼

After lots of hard work in the background...we are finally happy to announce our online booking system is up and functioning!

As this is a new venture for us, please be patient with us if we come across any teething issues and please help us out be reporting any issues to us if you have any so we can get onto fixing them as soon as possible.

Exciting things are happening at Toe-tal Care Podiatry for 2025!

We’re currently in the process of setting up an online booking system so you can easily book your appointments online, no need to call – more convenience for you!

To better serve our new patients, we’ve also adjusted our appointment times and lengths. This will allow us to spend more time with you, understanding your needs and providing the best treatment possible.

In addition, there has been a slight increase in our fees, which is detailed below. We understand this might be an adjustment, but like many businesses, we’ve had to adjust to rising costs in order to maintain the high quality of care you expect.
