At Epicafe we don’t just serve amazing coffee and yummy treats. We are proud to offer employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities.

Our program helps our EpiCafe crew develop hospitality skills, gain valuable experience through gaining a TAFE certification and work in meaningful employment.

Your coffee is creating real jobs today. 😎☕🍩

Epicafe is home to our 12-week program designed to empower individuals with disabilities to step confidently into the workforce. We recruit people with disabilities who, for many different reasons, are not engaged in work. Our participants gain paid work experience in our training café, receive support to attend a TAFE-accredited barista course at Regional TAFE here in Kalgoorlie, and develop confidence and transferable skills for employment.
