As I sit and reflect on the year just ended and the new one beginning, I can’t help but be thankful, appreciative and wildly impressed for the support that you have all shown me in clinic and in my new shop and cafe. Without each and every one of you, the growth and change that I set in motion in 2023 wouldn’t have come out into the world to play. So as the new year begins I like to contemplate my goals for the coming year. Do you do this too? I set no resolutions because I like to work on my aims for improvement rather than set “do this” types of resolutions like “go to the gym”. My goals always include a work related aim and a cooking related one. This year they are sort of rolled into one. I would love to satisfy more bellies with our gluten free meals (we made over 5000 meals this year, even though I never really truly believed it would take off). On a personal level I want to continue working on avenues to maintain my calm and maintain movement for my menopausal bones and muscles. What are your aims for 2026? Another theme I set each year (for growth and in my art journaling) is to set an intention in one or two words. This year I believe mine will be AUTHENTICITY and HEALING. What are your words for the year to set your intention? Drop them below in a comment, I’d love to know. Again, thank you for coming on this journey, trusting me and putting in the hard work to achieve amazing results. Happy new year 2026.
