Slade Contracting are looking for Operators for small machinery and Trade Assistants to join their growing team for ongoing local minesite and town work with an immediate start.
We are based in Kalgoorlie providing Earthworks, Plumbing and general Minesite Maintenance.
These are residential roles, No FIFO with a 5/2 roster and Saturday’s when required, competitive rates are on offer.

The successful applicants will require the following:
- Ability to pass a pre employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Valid HR licence HC/MC preferred
- Current National Police Clearance
- Relevant machinery tickets, skidsteer and excavator essential
- Present neat, tidy and fit for work
- Ability to work independently and think quickly
- Strong work ethic and high safety standards
- Good communication and written skills

The following are preferred but not essential:
- Confined space
- Working at heights
- White card
- Elevated Work Platform
- Forklift

- Residential role
- Monday to Friday roster, Saturday’s dependant on workload
- Works include minesite maintenance, clearing, trenching etc.

Essential Requirements:
- Proof of competency operating excavators, skidsteers and loaders
- Current National Police Clearance
-Ability to pass medical/ D&A
- Valid HR licence (minimum) HC/MC preferred
- Present clean, tidy and fit for work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
