Exciting times for the Goldfields!

If you have ever been interested in learning more about Bowen therapy or want to level up some of your current skills here is your chance 😍

Super proud of Tanya and all her hard work bringing courses such as this and the diploma of remedial Massage to the Goldfields to make these courses more accessible to our community 💗

(For those who don't know- prior to this all our training over the years has required as to travel to major cities)

🌷 Term 3 classes are now live 🌷

Join us on a Monday or Thursday morning 9:15am-10:15am at the PCYC!

Classes focus on all things post partum rehab including pelvic floor, core control, mobility (yep there is always the favourite stretch part!) and strength so we as mums can live our life to the fullest not hesitating when we want to jump in and have fun with our little ones 🩷

Little life update 🌷

I've been pretty quiet over here and things have definitely been busy! Good busy which is great just means socials tend to get a little less love 🫣

Anywho enjoy some cuteness from our term 1 post partum classes, mummas absolutely nailing it and a peek from my fav space 🥰

Last Post partum class done for 2024 🙌

These mummas have been doing the classes for the last few terms, some all year and they have absolutely smashed this term and should be so so proud of all of the progress they have made 🥳💗

Sad times though with some moving on and others going back to FT work it's definitely not going to be the same not seeing you and your gorgeous bubbas 💗💗

What is it?
A perfect space to work on your self care! We combine muscle activation/control, strengthening, stretching and range of movement exercises to improve strength and flexibility in all the vital areas including pelvic floor, ab separation and core control!

Should I see a physio first?
I always highly recommend seeing a women's health physio especially post birth as these classes don't replace their amazing knowledge 💜

Can bubs come:
Yes, yes, yes! Kids are more than welcome, we are all parents or parents to be in class x The PCYC has loads of space for prams and we always pull out some of the toys for older kids

What if it's been a few years since I had my last child?
Please come 🙏 all are welcome especially if there are areas you are looking to work on post having kids!
