𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗮 (𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻)

After being part of the Riklan crew on and off since 2018, our very own Tayla Coad is trading emails and spreadsheets for hi-vis and red dirt as she heads off to the Tanami mine site.

Now, we could be sad… but we’re mostly just offended she’s leaving us AGAIN because in all honesty, we hoped her second return after a brief jaunt to Sydney meant she was staying forever 😢

Tayla knows Riklan inside and out, sometimes better than we do, and she has juggled everything from admin to quality systems, training logistics, and the occasional office chaos.

Mick and Ali have always regarded Tay as family, and while we’re so incredibly proud of her next chapter, we’d be lying if we said we weren’t going to miss her like crazy.

Go smash it out at Tanami Tay (oooh new nickname), and don’t forget where you came from because we wont forget you ❤
