Standard Mental Health First Aid WORKSHOP

This 1 day blended mental health first aid course will teach you how to provide initial support to someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis or problem.

5 hours e-learn component must be completed prior to attending the face to face session.

Learn the signs & symptoms of common mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where & how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown to be effective, and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.

Women 40 years and over with no symptoms are eligible for a FREE screening mammogram.⁠

Breast cancer is the most common life threatening cancer for women and 1 in 7 women in Australia will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Having a screening mammogram (breast x-ray) every two years significantly increases the chance of a woman surviving breast cancer and reduces the amount of treatment required 💖⁠
