Mantras, Meanings & Magic! ✨

🎶Sound as healing technology has been used by wisdom cultures all over the world. Bhakti Yoga is known as the path of devotion, and the path of the heart. Healing mantras are the sacred tool of the Bhakti yogi.

🌸In this 90min workshop experience, Deborah will share powerful information about mantras, their meanings and application for healing & harmonizing our potential.
You will learn some of the most powerful mantras and chant these to the sweet sound of the harmonium, a magical Indian instrument that vibrates deep into our being.

You’ll have workshop notes to support your learning, bring a pen and journal.

This Circle has been created with the intention of dedicating time to allow mums to enjoy themselves while still connecting with their little ones. This is a space to share, connect and enjoy! We will do some gentle Yoga movements and mindfulness practices, which you can take home and do while looking after your precious little one. While doing something nice for our bodies we will connect with our bubs and each other and enjoy a cuppa together.
