Ever wondered which class might be right for you at Sama House?
The beautiful thing is, there’s something for everyone here. Whether you’re brand new, coming back after a break, or looking to challenge yourself, we’ve got a class that can meet you where you’re at.
And the best part? Our teachers are amazing at giving you options, so you’ll always feel supported.
Here’s a little peek:
🌿 Reformer Flow → Gentle but effective. Full-body, low-impact, and perfect if you’re just getting started (or just love a good all-rounder).
💪 Reformer Strong → For when you feel ready to push a little further, think more strength, more fire, and a really satisfying workout.
🤎 Reformer Restore → Slow, stretchy, calming. The class you leave feeling lighter, taller, and more relaxed.
👩🍼 Postnatal Reformer → Gentle, mindful movement for mums rebuilding strength after birth. Bubs are welcome until they’re on the move!
👶 Bubs Welcome → Regular classes where non-mobile babies can come along, so mums don’t have to choose between “me-time” and movement.
🧘 Mat Pilates → Classic Pilates on the mat, grounding, core-strengthening, and so good for posture.
Every class is about connection, to your body, to your breath, and sometimes even to a little more confidence you didn’t know you had.
