Sorry for the long post and this isn't an add. but I'd like to share a recent experience.. as I was feeling tired( almost exhausted) most of the time and I run blood tests for sure... every time it shows deficiency in something different till I kind of fed up...I ended up taking so many vitamins I had a chat with a couple of people who are experiencing the same and then I decided to try something new. This vitamin was recently released and surprisingly it is not expensive at all.😊.And As I don't have time for breakfast most mornings, I bought a portable blender.. I add frozen berries, a bit of yogurt, manuka honey, milk and then 1 sachets mv, iron and c , and d.. mix and have it on the go... in the afternoon I mix B and magnesium wz some juice.. it is been almost a week but I actually can feel the difference . I feel more energized 😊.. obviously,, u need to watch out for calories and sugar levels if u are diabetic or don't want to gain weight. But honestly it is worth a try.
Nb. U can't mix b with c( it slows or even prevent absorbing the b in your body) , that's why I separate them.
