Trial some changes to your gait (stride length, cadence, speed, foot strike etc.) and adopt a less painful pattern.

This is only a temporary change - you can go back to your preferred gait pattern when it’s tolerable again 👌

But currently the evidence does not support ultra specific rehab protocols for different non-serious diagnoses.

Weight training is very forgiving haha. Complete idiots can look fantastic and get excellent results for themselves and others. 😂

Nevertheless, here’s a guide for those who want it!

A note on accessory work:
MRI evidence indicates that two joint muscles (re**us femoris, hamstrings, sartorius, gracilis) are not activated powerfully (if at all) during exercises involving simultaneous hip and knee extension (eg squats, leg press, lunges etc.) eg Tesch 1999

Isolation exercises are not a waste of time or only for bodybuilders.
