Do you know a new mum? 💞. Or are YOU a new mum this Christmas ?

This Christmas, take a minute to think about how you can give a gift to a new mum.

💛It might be a meal dropped off.

💚A hand to wrap, or even buy, some presents.

💙Help clean or organise the house.

💜Or maybe even hold the baby so she can shower.

💗Give a gift of your time and care this Christmas. It means so much, and a little care goes a long way.

A doula friend Pippa recently posted this & I could not love it more 😍 so I wanted to share it with you here! As it can make such a difference to a new mum at any time but especially at Christmas time where the pressure can be unbearable 🫣

It’s Brain Dump time ✍️ & sort your calendar 🗓️ out 😎 22 days to go 🎄

I am always much more productive when I spend the time to write it all down
& i am working to a list! Whether it’s on paper or on my phone via hubby’s text msgs 🤣
(So, he can help or atleast remind me via a ‘huh what’s this mean?’ text back)

Now…the calendar 🗓️ always takes me a bit longer to sort 🫣 But, it helps SO much to know what we have planned & when…even if it’s pencilled ✏️ in. Then, once it’s all done I like to treat myself 🩷
