🎄🥳 MEMBERS CHRISTMAS PARTY 🥳🎄

As we’re well and truly approaching the end of another incredible year and the festive season is upon us, we’d love to invite you to our 2025 members Xmas party. 🎄

Whether you’re on a membership, pass pack or a private client, we look forward to celebrating all of YOU for another fantastic year at Pivotal and for continuing to support our beautiful studio. ✨

We’ll kick off the morning on Sunday, 7th December with a Mt Ngungun summit hike in the Glasshouse Mountains starting at 7.00am. ⛰️

If you’ve never hiked ‘GunGun’ before, it’s a 2.8km return trail that begins in open forest and offers great views of Mount Tibrogargan, Mount Coonowrin and Mount Beerwah from the summit. Don’t forget your camera as you’ll find a stunning 360 degree panoramic view of the coast and hinterland at the top!

Following that from 9.00am, we’ll meet at the Glasshouse Coffee Plantation for brunch on the deck with beautiful views of the mountains. ☕️

You have the option to participate in both the hike and brunch or just the hike or just brunch.

We’ll have an attendance list placed in the studio for you to write your name down on or comment in this post if you’re able to join us for a morning of connection, nature, good food, coffee and beautiful mountain views!

Please RSVP your attendance by Sunday, 30th November so we can confirm numbers for our table booking.

Can’t wait to share a little festive spirit with you all.

11th November marks the anniversary of the Armistice that signified the end of World War I.

As we approach the warmer months, our Saturday morning classes have been getting busier. So we’re adding more classes to our timetable. 🙌

Commencing this Saturday, 8th November, our Saturday classes will be as follows:

7.00am - 7.45am ~ Reformer
7.45am - 8.30am ~ Reformer
8.45am - 9.30am ~ Stretch & Recover
9.30am - 10.15am ~ Reformer

The first two and last two sets of classes will be back to back, so there will be a quick change over between sessions.

This change will mostly affect those previously booked into the 8.00am sessions as these will now commence 15min earlier.

We hope you enjoy the extra class option and don’t forget to book your session via TeamUp or our website. See you in the studio soon. 🙌

Our next 100 class champion is the amazing Jackie!

Jac has been on a mission since starting at Pivotal to build strength in her glutes, core and spine. She’s been a strong regular in our Monday and Wednesday classes, always bringing her sense of humour along with her support and encouragement of the other members when things get a little tough.

Martina has been loving her Reformer Pilates journey with us, working hard on her strength, balance and coordination. She attends a variety of classes on the Pivotal timetable, experiencing each of our different instructors along the way.

Today we’d like to share a moment to spotlight 3 of our wonderful members and to remind us here at Pivotal why we love what we do and why we created this beautiful studio space. 💛

Tzeni (Jenny) & Dallas started their pilates journey together in February this year, attending classes twice weekly, having never done Reformer before. It was here that they met Jodie who also started her Pivotal Pilates journey with us in February.

Over this time they have forged a beautiful friendship and connection and look forward to seeing each other and catching up in the studio on a weekly basis.

What they’ve since learned is that Tzeni and Jodie are both MS fighters who live with multiple sclerosis every single day. MS affects balance, vision, strength and many other aspects of daily life. It is through Pilates that Tzeni and Jodie have been able to fight back against these challenges, noticing dramatic improvements in their mobility, balance, strength and endurance.

For Tzeni personally, she said “More importantly, the team at Pivotal have given me something even greater… the confidence to surprise myself after every session and the reminder to Move, Breathe and Believe.”

It’s been so rewarding and inspiring watching the ladies go from strength to strength, week after week, building confidence and belief in themselves and challenging themselves with heart and soul.

Last Saturday, the ladies attended the MS Moonlight walk in the city raising awareness for all those living and breathing with MS and other neurological conditions. Sadly the walk was cancelled due to the weather, however the ladies still represented Pivotal & raised a glass to celebrate their achievements.

Well done ladies. We celebrate you and are grateful to be a small part of your health & wellness journey. 💞🎉🌸

There’s still a few spaces available, so take advantage of your time off and book into a session via our website.

Our Saturday morning members traded a sleep in for a work out to kick the weekend off right!

They pushed hard, they challenged themselves, they moved their bodies, they hit those progressions and most importantly they didn’t stop until the end.
