Dear valued customers,

Christmas is just around the corner!
This time, I’ve prepared some famous Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong Tea from Taiwan, along with the well-known traditional snack Hawthorn Snacks to share with everyone. I hope you will enjoy them! 😄

Good quality tea leaves a lingering aroma and sweet aftertaste.

🍃 Brewing Suggestions
Hot Brew:

Use water at 95–100 °C. Brew for about 1 minute for the first infusion, then adjust subsequent steeps as desired. Hot brewing fills the room with its fragrant aroma and lets you explore different strengths and layers of flavor.

Cold Brew:

Add tea leaves to cold water and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Cold brewing enhances Jin Xuan’s natural sweetness while reducing bitterness, revealing a silky and refreshing taste.

🌿 Principle of Moxibustion

Moxibustion uses the heat and medicinal properties produced by burning mugwort (Artemisia argyi) to act on specific acupoints. The warmth penetrates beneath the skin and through the meridians to achieve the following effects:

1. Warming the meridians and unblocking channels
The heat promotes smooth circulation of qi and blood, dispelling cold and stagnation.
👉 Suitable for those with cold-related conditions such as cold intolerance, cold hands and feet, or menstrual cramps.

2. Supporting yang energy and strengthening the body
Mugwort is considered a pure yang herb, which helps to replenish the body’s yang energy and improve yang deficiency.
👉 Suitable for those with weak lower back and knees, fatigue, or loose stools.

3. Promoting qi and blood flow, relieving swelling and pain
The heat enhances microcirculation, reducing local pain and inflammation.
👉 Commonly used for arthritis, shoulder and neck pain, or stomach cold pain.
4. Expelling dampness and cold, harmonizing the organs
The warmth and aroma of mugwort help eliminate pathogenic cold and dampness, regulating the spleen, stomach, and gynecological systems.

^_^Our studio will begin offering moxibustion services starting from December this year.

🌿 Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong Tea
Type:Semi-fermented Oolong (Lightly Oxidized Tea)
Oxidation Level:Approximately 15 – 25%
Origin:Alishan, Chiayi County, Taiwan
Cultivar: 台茶 12 號 (金萱 Jin Xuan, TTES No. 12)

🍃 About This Tea

Alishan Jin Xuan Oolong is grown in the misty mountains of Chiayi, Taiwan, where cool temperatures and rich soil nurture its delicate character. The golden liquor offers a gentle floral aroma and a hint of natural milky sweetness. Smooth and mellow on the palate with a lingering finish, this tea is beloved for its signature creamy “milk candy” fragrance — a hallmark of the Jin Xuan cultivar.

🌸 Brewing Suggestions
熱泡 Hot Brew:

Use water at 95–100 °C. Brew for about 1 minute for the first infusion, then adjust subsequent steeps as desired. Hot brewing fills the room with its fragrant aroma and lets you explore different strengths and layers of flavor.

冷泡 Cold Brew:

Add tea leaves to cold water and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Cold brewing enhances Jin Xuan’s natural sweetness while reducing bitterness, revealing a silky and refreshing taste.

🫖 Authenticity Tip

True Jin Xuan tea has a subtle aroma when dry; its signature milky fragrance blooms only after brewing. An overly strong dry scent may indicate artificial flavoring.

💫 Naturally Beneficial

Rich in tea polyphenols, theanine, and antioxidants, Jin Xuan Oolong supports gentle balance — helping refresh the mind and promote natural well-being.

🌿 Brown Sugar Ginger Tea — A Warming Tradition from the Chinese Kitchen

🍯 What is Brown Sugar Ginger Tea?
A comforting drink made by simmering fresh ginger with rich, unrefined brown sugar. In Chinese culture, it’s more than just tea — it’s a warming tonic enjoyed on cold winter days or by women during their monthly cycle.

🫚Why Ginger?

From a Western view:
🌬 Aids digestion — May ease bloating & support stomach comfort
❤️ Supports circulation — Promotes healthy blood flow
💪 Anti-inflammatory — Gingerol compounds naturally soothe inflammation
🩺 Helps maintain healthy blood pressure — Supported by some studies
🤢 Eases mild nausea — Commonly used for motion sickness relief

From a Chinese Medicine view:
🌿 Dispels cold & warms the body’s yang energy
🌿 Activates qi & blood circulation
🌿 Harmonizes the stomach & stops nausea
🌿 Promotes sweating to release exterior cold

🍫 Why Brown Sugar?

Rich in minerals like calcium & iron
Gentle caramel-like sweetness
Traditionally believed to enhance ginger’s warming effect

💬 Why do Chinese people drink it in winter or during menstruation?
In Traditional Chinese Culture, cold in the body is believed to cause discomfort. Ginger + brown sugar is thought to warm, comfort, and support circulation, making it especially popular in cold seasons and for women seeking warmth during their monthly cycle.

☕ How to enjoy?
Dissolve 15 g of ginger tea granules in 250 ml of hot water, stirring for 10–15 seconds until fully dissolved. Sip slowly, and feel the warmth spread through your body.

✨ More than tea — it’s a hug in a cup.

$18 for 270g (18 cups)
Fresh ginger slow-cooked for hours with a high-ratio brown sugar blend.
Contains no artificial flavoring, no ginger powder, and no preservatives.

🧾 Price Adjustment Notice
Start from 11/08/2025

Dear valued clients,

Thank you for your continued support of our small, local massage studio — a place built on sincerity and heartfelt service.

Since our opening, we’ve kept our prices low out of gratitude for our clients. However, with the rising cost of living over the past five years, it has become increasingly difficult to sustain operations at the original rate.

To make an informed decision, we visited several massage providers in shopping centers. We found that the typical 1-hour Remedial or Deep Tissue Massage was priced as follows:

$95 + massage oil $5 + balm $5 + medicine oil $5
or $105 + massage oil $5

After careful consideration, we have decided to adjust our pricing:

🔸 New Rate: $90 for 1 hour, inclusive of massage oil, balm, and medicine oil — no additional charges.

We remain committed to offering honest, affordable, and high-quality care.

Deep tissue massage is a physically demanding profession.Thank you sincerely for your ongoing trust and support. We’ll continue to provide you with healing hands and heartfelt service.

With gratitude,
