A Zen massage, 2 hours of pampering. 120mins to pause, relax and let every sense chill into rest and digest.

1 hr our relaxation massage and 1 hour of facial and head spa, this was a Chinese head spa treatment with herbs and oils included.

Today, I watched a clients neck and face move to feel every part of the neck and facial massage I was doing. Like the body was stretching to make sure every bit of the neck and face would feel the benefits of the touch. Just amazing to see a person's body, reach out and 'need' that touch sensory.

The body is an amazing thing!

Talking with a client yesterday about the mind rushing with random thoughts. We tried to slow their mind, used breathing techniques, Reiki and Acoustic Therapy. It took a while, but we slowed things down.

Spiraling mind was what they were having an issue with, and their mind brought up many thoughts that were like little video's playing. There was no particular theme or topic just flashing video's. They were worried about stopping particular medication which had just been asjusted by the GP, so the first 11 days had been rough.

FEAR was a word that came to mind for them.
As an athlete, I learned the acronym of Face Everything And Rise.
Their Father used to say False Expectations Aren't Real.
Two completely different meanings, but both are great to consider, depending on the situation.

Thank you for your appointments, laughs, and trusting me to help you with your health. Today is the last working day and i will be re-open on Monday 29th December and taking off the public holidays only.
