It’s hard to believe how fast this year is flying by! 🎄✨

We’re still smiling at the memories from our 2025 Christmas Party. As always, the teams had no idea what Carmen and Rozlyn had in store for them — and they definitely did not disappoint!

Jet skiing kicked off the adventure, and the team had an absolute blast out on the water. There was plenty of laughter, a little friendly competition, and yes… a couple of team members even took an unexpected dip! 🌊😄

After all the excitement, we wrapped up the day with a delicious lunch — the perfect way to relax, refuel, and relive the best moments from the water.

Now the big question is… what will Carmen and Rozlyn have in store for the teams this year? 👀 Whatever it is, we know it’ll be unforgettable!

Lachlan is now treating at Kallangur Chiro!

Lachlan is currently a 5th year chiropractic student at CQU and has been treating patients at the CQU student clinic for most of the year. As he has reached the required hours and exam results he has gained permission to treat patients in a practice setting under the supervision of Dr Carmen until his graduation early next year.

It’s Spinal Health Week — and this year, we’re shining a light on a problem many of us face daily without even realising it: Tech Neck Syndrome. 📱💻

That constant looking down at screens is putting serious strain on your neck—leading to stiffness, headaches, and poor posture. For every 1cm your head is held forward, your neck feels an extra 2kg of pressure! 😱

What is "Tech Neck"?

Tech Neck occurs from repetitive strain caused by looking down at phones, tablets, and computers for long periods. This posture can lead to:
🔹 Neck and shoulder stiffness
🔹 Frequent headaches
🔹 Rounded shoulders and poor posture
🔹 Long-term spinal misalignment

Did you know? For every 1cm your head is held forward, your neck experiences an extra 2kg of pressure — increasing the risk of pain and injury! 😱

Prevention is key:
✔ Keep your screens at eye level to avoid bending your neck
✔ Take breaks every 30 minutes to stretch and move
✔ Maintain good posture with a straight back and relaxed shoulders
✔ Strengthen your neck and shoulder muscles with targeted exercises
✔ Use a supportive pillow to keep your spine aligned while you sleep
