The ACMA has issued a scam alert about criminals pretending to be HotDoc, a trusted medical booking service. They’re sending fake refund messages that look real and messages link to fraudulent websites designed to steal your personal and banking details.
If you received a message from us or mentioning us, you can confirm it by calling (07) 3204 4222
Stay alert and protect yourself!

Have you received a text or email saying you are owed a refund from HotDoc? Be careful – it could be a scam.
