So...you may have seen me bang on about Awareness Journal and I want to explain why.
~ This is a book I wrote specifically to educate and support people on the topic of stress and how to overcome ~ AI wasn't around when I wrote this so it's all me baby!
~ Yes I would love to sell these and make millions of dollars but that's not my priority.
My priority is to reach more people and remind them of their inner power. Stress, anxiety, depression...ALL the things can be extremely debilitating. Inside this journal are tools to help you get on top of the busy thoughts, regain control over your reactions to unexpected obstacles in your life and gain clarity and insight on your pathway moving forward.
What do you have to do?

3. Complete the tasks
4. Be PERSISTANT.

Chelsea's Sunset Meditation & Mingling is happening again this Thursday at 6pm, Lake Eden ~ North Lakes. Guided meditation with Sound Healing using 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls and 532Hx Native American flute, these sessions are sure to leave you feeling relaxed and lighter than before.
