She also believes the key is to know and understand yourself, so you are aware of what you need to do, to recharge, rebalance and renew yourself to stay on the path of life in a positive and vibrant way. Deborah offers Holistic Therapy including; Reflexology, Reiki & Indian Head Massage to support the body to relax, renew, and brings the body back into balance, in order for it to heal itself.
