Did you know about homeopathy?
The original London Homoeopathic Hospital was established on October 10, 1849, although it did not receive its first patient until March of the following year. Founded by Frederick Foster Hervey Quin, the hospital was first located in Golden Square, Soho. After several revivals it is now known as the Royal London Hospital for Integrated Medicine, located at 60 Great Ormond Street, London.

Sweet little update 💕

A few weeks ago, I received the most beautiful photo from one of my lovely US 🇺🇸 based clients — she had welcomed her gorgeous baby girl into the world and this week Mum had her postpartum follow-up online via Zoom so I got to see both of them!

Wishing this very special little family all the love as they settle into this new chapter. Such a privilege to be one part of their journey 💖👶✨

What an End to the Year! ✨🥳🎉

I’m on holiday and not been opening my emails but so glad I checked today! What a surprise awaited me! A beautiful message from a client in the United States that has truly made my year!

Although I don’t specialise in anything specific when someone comes with infertility I approach it like any other symptom by supporting the person in front of me. This year, I’ve been blessed to witness the arrival of 1 baby girl and 3 pregnancies among my clients. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.

Wishing you all a wonderful start to 2025 filled with hope, joy, and miracles. 🌟

Thanks to my client for allowing me to share 🙏

Thanks Eugénie Krüger Homeopathy 🙌

Many of you know I’ve am passionate about working alongside girls and women at all stages of hormonal health. From those early years of navigating periods, PMS and endometriosis to fertility journeys and eventually into the transition of perimenopause and menopause.

Each phase brings its own challenges and its own wisdom and having been through most of them myself, I bring not just knowledge, but real empathy and care to the work I do.

If anything in Eugenie’s post resonates with you, know that you’re not alone. There’s help, there’s support, and there are ways to feel more like you again.

Have a read of the many more reviews on Facebook reviews, my website and Google and if you haven't and I specifically have helped you or your daughter with any of these girl or women issues I'd be really grateful if you could leave me a review on Facebook, Google or email me. It really helps me to get the word out and get more people using Homeopathy 🙏

Your Body Speaks your Mind and it’s not subtle!

It’s something I say in consults all the time. Our bodies hold onto what the mind can’t process, won’t face or doesn’t know how to express.

Here’s an example:
When someone tells me they’re constipated, I’ll often ask — are you holding your s**t in?
Sometimes I say it more politely… sometimes not but I do usually get a giggle 🤭
But a question like that? It usually lands.
Because the vital force is often trying to show us where we’re stuck.

This is exactly the kind of thing Deb Shapiro explores in one of my most-used books:
📚 Your Body Speaks Your Mind — a brilliant read if you’re curious about the emotional meaning behind symptoms.

A few favourites from the book:

“Every symptom is a message from your body, inviting you to look within.”

“The body becomes a battlefield when it is forced to express what the mind ignores.”

Examples she gives and I see in practice all the time:

💬 Constipation — fear of letting go

💬 Back pain — feeling unsupported

💬 Throat issues — not speaking your truth

💬 Skin conditions — feeling too exposed

💬 Digestive issues — can’t "digest" life

Here’s the thing: most people can’t see these patterns on their own.
You’re in it. You’re living it.
It’s like trying to read the label from inside the jar.

That’s why consults matter.
Homeopathy isn’t just about symptoms — it’s about your whole story.
We’re listening for patterns, language, timing, energy… the thread that ties it all together to find that indicated remedy!

✨ Have you ever had a moment in a consult where something clicked?
Where the emotional link behind a symptom became clear?
Or a homeopath asked a question that made you go — “Ohhh… that’s it.”

If you feel up for sharing, I’d love to hear 🙏

A gentle reminder that you really don't need a remedy for everything!

For those of you who like to home prescribe for acutes and especially busy mums it’s so easy to fall into the habit of reaching for a remedy every time something feels off. We care deeply. We want to do something. We want to help our children feel better, quickly. And because we’ve seen homeopathy work, we trust it… sometimes so much that we feel we should be giving a remedy for every bump, sneeze, tantrum, or bad day!

But here’s the truth: not every moment needs a remedy.
Sometimes, what our children (and us too!) really need is rest. A cuddle. A walk outside. A nap. A drink of water. A moment of connection. Just time and space to recalibrate.

Homeopathy is not a supplement. It’s not something to give “just in case.” It’s energetic medicine precise, powerful and meant to match a very specific state of imbalance. It’s not about doing more. It’s about observing carefully, listening deeply and knowing when not to step in.

Some symptoms are just the body doing its job. Processing. Adjusting. Responding to the world.

And yes, there are moments when the right remedy makes all the difference. You’ll know them. You’ll feel them. That’s when homeopathy truly shines when it’s needed.

So to all the thoughtful, loving, slightly anxious mums out there you’re not missing anything if you don’t give a remedy. Sometimes just being there is the most healing thing you can do.

Trust your instincts. Trust your child. Trust the process 🙏

Since May 19th the clinic in Gambia has seen over 1,000 patients (as of today!)with incredible support from the local Gambian team on the ground and more than 70 homeopaths and students volunteering online from around the world!

None of this would bepossible without the tireless work of Wren Síofra Lloyd who somehow manages to keep us all organised (no small task!) and the incredible vision and determination of Sameena Aziz Khan who got this whole initiative off the ground. 🙌

If you’re a homeopath or student and feel called to be part of something truly special get in touch with the clinic or reach to me and I'll give you more information and put you in touch.

Untreated Goitre patient, came to the our clinic, treated with homeopathy by our online homeopaths. Two weeks later she came back for more remedies. What an amazing result, homeopathy changing lives.

We are so grateful and proud of our anazing team of volunteers from around the world, who have come together, with one mission, thar is to change lives with homeopathy in Gambia.

Thank you everyone, you know who you are! 🙏🏼✨️💫

Did you know that homeopathy was once at the heart of modern medicine?

In the 1800s and early 1900s, there were hundreds of homeopathic hospitals around the world:

London Homeopathic Hospital (founded 1849)

New York Homeopathic Medical College and Hospital

Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital

And others in Paris, Vienna, and India

Trained doctors and nurses used homeopathic remedies alongside hygiene and nutrition practices to save lives during epidemics.

During the cholera outbreaks, homeopathic hospitals reported far better survival rates than conventional ones.
These hospitals cared for the rich and poor alike, offering free treatment in many cities.
Even royal families relied on homeopathy. Queen Victoria and her descendants were lifelong supporters.

At that time, homeopathy was not called “alternative” – it was mainstream.

Would you have liked to visit one of these hospitals?:))

I have shared this before but every time I see it, I love it even more 😂 These kids are a homeopath’s dream when it comes to case taking! Their language, expression, and honesty about their feelings are exactly what we look for during consultations 😊

Scientific evidence suggests that homeopathic preparations, despite being highly diluted and successed, can exert specific effects beyond placebo when used correctly by qualified practitioners.

Preclinical studies, including bioassays and physicochemical analyses, show measurable differences in homeopathic remedies compared to placebos, while clinical trials and meta-analyses—especially for conditions like allergies and childhood diarrhoea—demonstrate efficacy in real-world and controlled settings.

These findings challenge the assumption that homeopathy is merely placebo-based and highlight the need for further research into its mechanisms at both the pharmaceutical and biomedical levels.
