💫Self-care is usually a non-negotiable for me, yet lately I’ve let the busyness of life get in the way of my consistency with it.

💫As a result I’ve been irritable for the last few weeks, prickly with those around me. Screaming on the inside.

💫So I spent time with some plant teacher friends in my bath tonight.

🌿Mugwort: bringing me back into my body, into solidness. She reminds me I can be in all places, all at once. Grounded in my physical AND connected and strong in my intuitive energies.

🌀Blue Lotus: reminding me I am not separate, all is connected, all is one. Her gift to me this evening is stillness.

🌹Rose: inviting the tension in my body and in my energy to soften, let go, breath.

🦁Lion’s Tail: holding me in a safe container to receive the gifts of my plant teacher friends tonight.
