Everything around us is moving so fast, have you noticed?

Hello, here's a little bit about me.....
As you know I've always loved nature and spent many years volunteering in my local community supporting forests and animals. I have also been blessed to have sat in a psychic circle for several years, a brilliant connective experience.

Through beautiful synchronicity, I was introduced to Reiki. What began as Reiki Level One became a 10-year journey to Reiki Master Teacher, along with many other healing trainings in between, including Shamballa Reiki Master. I truly love learning and deepening my understanding of this work.

When I trained in Hawaiian Heartworks Lomi Lomi, I thought I was simply learning relaxation massage, it turned out to be so much more: healing, connection, and soul-level work.

I since woven in Relaxation Bodywork, energy healing and Indian Head Massage to create deeply personalised energy healing sessions.

More recently, I completed certification in Somatic Trauma Therapies, which has expanded my insight into the nervous system and how the body holds our experiences. This awareness allows me to support clients in an even more grounded and compassionate way.

I'm currently training in something new & give me 12 months and I'Il be ready to share.

I also run Women's Circles, bringing together everything I've learned along the way & more.

Most of all, I love what I do. A healer supports the journey, but you, brave soul, are the one who does the work. And sometimes...you might just need to rest and receive.
I am currently based in Kallista, at Kallista Mind Body, in the trees.
But l also adore the Ocean ! ♓️

I’ve been feeling deep sadness seeing the destruction happening to our beautiful Mother Earth and her creatures homes lost, lives lost. It truly breaks my heart. 💔

So I’d love to invite you to something simple, yet powerful.

📆For the next 7 days (or longer if you feel called), can you spend just 10 minutes a day consciously connecting with the Earth? Sit with a tree, place your feet on the grass, touch the sand or sea, breathe with her. Send gratitude, love, prayers for healing and strength. 💚

Nature works in unity. A loving ripple is created when we come together with intention. I believe this energy reaches not only the Earth, but also those living closely with her who need strength and healing, and are fighting for her.

Grounding and breath are powerful. Gaia holds nurturing, wisdom, abundance and deep healing something I witness and bring into my healing sessions every day.

The Earth heals us. And we can offer healing back. 💚

Try this ❤️ Taking 5 long breaths, inhaling & exhaling & feel that warmth & love.

It works, l wouldn't recommend if l hadn't tried this myself, such a beautiful blessing to have learnt this tip.

We need to know within ourselves first, that we are safe & we are loved.

Are you feeling the call?

So many really stunning & courageous, beautiful beings have seen me to shed & find new directions...not even that, they felt a desire to push forward with purpose.

To set the subconscious mind free, to soften the nervous system & body to see with new eyes.
Finding places in the energetic body & physical where patterns & past experiences, emotions, are held to move them, & work with.

The current path and weight of the past no longer fits in to today. To find their heart again & just feel good, even to make desicions to trust move gut feelings.

We shift, we evolve. There is always work to be done but it is easier if you feel guided as it usually never a smooth road.

Sorry l wasn't available yesterday in the healing space, & thank you to those who resheduled. 🙏

But l had the most amazing healing experience swimming, with seals & dolphins.

Seeing the agile, intelligent, sleek, majestic dolpins so close brought tears to my eye, like a remembering. Lemuria? 🐬🙏 l do think so, know so.
A stunning, glorious day, l was so Grateful! Thank you Judy O'Donnell 🦭🐬

Then popping over to the back beach of Blairgowrie, the rock pools were submerged & the ocean so alive. Invigorating!

And awesome catch with my sister & neice, then Dad afterwards.
So many connections to the ocean, maybe l could move.

Auspicious timing of the New Moon & the Eclipse energies last night with a power outage that covered alot of area. I was writing by Candle light, information & channelling for Circle this Thursday evening. It felt very natural! Expect the underexpected in this new moon & luna cycle. 🌙

The power out felt like a reminder that we can follow our natural cycles, not to sit under false light, to sleep & then rise with the dawn. To work with nature's natural flow. To honour ourselves in sleep & restoration. This can give us clarity & peace. Plus gratitude.

How Blessed to have had this opportunity given, & only till the time of New Moon. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Go lightly today, take note of your dreams & wider perspectives ✨️

I opened my journal to write & was invited straight to snake, turned the page, which ended up being the pages, unbeknown to me, & horse revealed itself. Syncronicities & signs speak to us all the time.

Just as every month holds a Cosmic moment, we know the call of evolution. Beginning with Lunar New Year, & a profound Cosmic with the New Moon & Solar Eclipse Feb 17th 11.13 Sydney time.
A time to witness, recieve, listen & attuned opening our hearts to invite & devote what is calling our names
