Yes we need to soften our practice.
Especially these days!
But menopausal women in particular, also need high quality weight training and some cardio movement: gym circuits and hiking are my go to’s.
And we also desperately need to regulate our nervous systems. Somatic yoga is a great way to bring you into your parasympathic system at the same time cultivating deep awareness of our body-mind connection. And yes it feels good so I keep coming back, 15 years on ☺️🪷🧘♀️
