This is a dance class… but it’s so much more than just steps and music.

Yes, it has the fun, upbeat feel you might recognise — but the real magic is how it makes you feel. Joyful movement, great music, plenty of laughs and a room full of supportive people all moving together.

✨ Beginners are very welcome
No experience needed. No pressure. Just turn up and move your body in a way that feels good.

Dance is a powerful stress reliever — it lifts your mood, boosts energy, improves fitness and coordination, and helps you switch off from the busyness of the day. You’ll leave feeling lighter, happier and more alive.

If life has felt busy, noisy or you just want a little me time, Yin Yoga is a beautiful way to slow everything down.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer, allowing the body to soften rather than push. It supports deep joint health, improves flexibility, and gently releases long-held tension in the hips, back and shoulders. Just as importantly, it deeply calms the nervous system.

Over these four weeks you can expect to:
🌿 Feel more relaxed and grounded
🌿 Improve mobility without strain
🌿 Sleep more deeply
🌿 Quiet the mind and ease stress
🌿 Leave each class feeling lighter, calmer and restored

Classes are slow, nurturing and suitable for all levels — no experience needed. Each session finishes with deep rest, so you leave feeling cared for and reset.

This is your weekly pause… a chance to breathe, let go, and come back to yourself.

These classes aren’t just about movement — they’re also about community, connection and taking a little time out together.

Our Pilates Flow class is a gentle, grounding way to build strength and mobility, but it’s also a lovely chance to catch up with friends, share a laugh, and maybe even meet someone new. There’s such a warm, welcoming feel in the room — everyone is there for the same reason: to feel good.

Yesterday’s Yoga & Bird-Watching Retreat at Harrow Golf Club was pure nourishment — calm air, gentle movement, real connection.

To everyone who joined me — thank you. Your openness, your laughter, your quiet moments of stillness… they made the day what it was. I’m always moved by how quickly a group of strangers can feel like a circle of friends when we share breath and presence together.

We created something special — not just a class, but a pause from the rush, a soft space to land. I’m deeply grateful to each of you for bringing your energy and trust.

✨ What a day to breathe, move, and connect! 🌿

Our Let It Breathe – Rural Women’s Wellness Day at Barangaroo Boutique Wines was such a heart-filling celebration of Rural Women’s Day. We stretched and softened among the vines, listened deeply to nature with Dr Kathleen Bagot, and shared laughter, creativity, and stories under the Wimmera sun.

It was a reminder of how powerful it feels when women come together — to pause, breathe, and simply be. 💚

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us, and to Wimmera CMA, Landcare, and Barangaroo Wines for helping make this day possible through the Look Over the Farm Gate initiative.

Here’s to more days that let us breathe, connect, and thrive — together. 🌾

Rural women across our region are invited to a restorative day of connection, nature, and wellbeing. ✨

The day begins with a gentle outdoor yoga session led by Michelle Hubble of Fulham Yoga and Pilates, inviting you to unwind through mindful movement and breath.
Following a shared grazing lunch, Dr Kathleen Bagot — environmental psychologist and founder of Nothing Like Nature — will guide us through Forest Therapy and nature journaling, exploring how slowing down and engaging with the natural world can restore balance, creativity, and joy.

This event, hosted by West Wimmera Shire Council, Wimmera CMA, and Landcare, honours Rural Women’s Day by celebrating the resilience and wisdom of women in farming communities.
