Full Body Fit is all about moving, lifting, and feeling good in your body. Nothing fancy… just a solid, upbeat session that leaves you energised and smiling.

Slow. Quiet. Unrushed.
You don’t need to be flexible or know anything about yoga — just come in, lie down, and let the body soften.

It’s more rest than effort.
Long, gentle holds… space to breathe… time to switch off for a bit.

Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, a little more like themselves again.

🌿 Yin Yoga – Harrow 🌿

If you’ve been feeling a bit tight, tired, or simply needing a moment to slow down, this class might be just what you’re looking for.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, slower style of yoga where we spend time in each pose, allowing the body to gradually soften and release. With the support of props, the practice becomes comfortable and deeply relaxing.

Rather than moving quickly through lots of poses, Yin Yoga gives the body time to stretch the deeper connective tissues, improve mobility and ease everyday stiffness. Many people also find it incredibly calming for the mind — a chance to step out of the busyness of the day and simply breathe.

The class has a friendly, relaxed feel, and you don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience. Options are always offered so you can move at your own pace.

🌿 New Class Starting at the Harrow Bush Nursing Centre

If you’ve been meaning to get moving again but don’t want anything too intense, this new class might be just the thing.

Full Body Fit is a relaxed, friendly class where we move through a mix of body weight exercises, bands and light weights to gently build strength and improve mobility. There’s low-impact cardio, plenty of functional movement, and we always finish with stretching so you leave feeling good.

It’s not about being super fit.
It’s about moving your body, feeling stronger and enjoying it.

The class runs for 45 minutes with motivating music and is suitable for most people.

If life has felt busy, noisy or you just want a little me time, Yin Yoga is a beautiful way to slow everything down.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer, allowing the body to soften rather than push. It supports deep joint health, improves flexibility, and gently releases long-held tension in the hips, back and shoulders. Just as importantly, it deeply calms the nervous system.

Over these four weeks you can expect to:
🌿 Feel more relaxed and grounded
🌿 Improve mobility without strain
🌿 Sleep more deeply
🌿 Quiet the mind and ease stress
🌿 Leave each class feeling lighter, calmer and restored

Yesterday’s Yoga & Bird-Watching Retreat at Harrow Golf Club was pure nourishment — calm air, gentle movement, real connection.

To everyone who joined me — thank you. Your openness, your laughter, your quiet moments of stillness… they made the day what it was. I’m always moved by how quickly a group of strangers can feel like a circle of friends when we share breath and presence together.

We created something special — not just a class, but a pause from the rush, a soft space to land. I’m deeply grateful to each of you for bringing your energy and trust.

✨ What a day to breathe, move, and connect! 🌿

Our Let It Breathe – Rural Women’s Wellness Day at Barangaroo Boutique Wines was such a heart-filling celebration of Rural Women’s Day. We stretched and softened among the vines, listened deeply to nature with Dr Kathleen Bagot, and shared laughter, creativity, and stories under the Wimmera sun.

It was a reminder of how powerful it feels when women come together — to pause, breathe, and simply be. 💚

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us, and to Wimmera CMA, Landcare, and Barangaroo Wines for helping make this day possible through the Look Over the Farm Gate initiative.

Here’s to more days that let us breathe, connect, and thrive — together. 🌾
