One leg’s the workhorse, the other’s the loafer… like carrying a drunk friend home while they flop around doing absolutely nothing. Sure, you get there in the end... but your back, hips, and knees aren’t thrilled about it.
That’s what happens when your stronger side keeps bailing out the weaker one.
Unilateral training is the equaliser. No hiding. No cheating. Just you and that lazy side finally pulling its weight.
And this is one of the reasons I’m still studying 👩🎓. I want to help clients build strong/mobile bodies and minds! Sessions with me are a massive help... but... what you do outside of our sessions (like training, moving, resetting) is just as important as what I do hands-on in the room with you.
Stronger on both sides = fewer random pains and a body that actually works with you instead of against you. 🦵✨
