Are you interested in the spirit realm? Would you like to learn how to access your helpful spirit guides and angels or even loved ones who have passed? Our Finding Your Spirit Workshop introduces you to a new way of living life in various states of reality and awakening our psychic abilities. Classes are limited to 6 participants. This workshop runs over 2 Saturdays from 9.00am to 1.00pm and includes a morning tea.

Hi everyone Crusoeden Body Yoga Classes are back in 2025

Our Wellness Centre in Kangaroo Flat offers eight regular classes each week and new students are always welcome.

Please bring a towel, (to cover props) and your own water bottle. Our mats are cleaned after every class and available for use, however, feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Please contact our teachers directly if you would like to join any of their classes.
