💫In Balance Mst has some exciting new updates! 💫
Classes will be available for Stretch an Mobility. This will be a focus on specific areas of the body to teach and help improve mobility with specific dynamic and static techniques, propper stretching, relax the body release tight joints, simple muscle activation techniques and more. A use of resistant bands, foam rollers and balls will be incorporated.
👉If those interested could please contact directly to let me know times and days that suit best before I lock them in for weekly classes. There will be a morning and an evening or afternoon. One on one appointments will be available for this also if requested.

This is for clients who want to correct and work on specifc ailments and conditions such as shoulder pain in specific movements, lower back or hip tightness or pain, sciatic etc. Separate of consultations it means there is a propper focus on correcting the cause and improving the biomechanics, propper activation and understanding.
I spend a lot of time teaching many to reinforce specific muscles even athletes that they were not aware of and began improving very fast.
Working with the nervous system directly to give correct input with muscle Activation in correct movements can improve technique, reduce pain and stiffness fast and stability but also prevent it returning.
