We can then make a decision as to whether this us what we want. If not, it is okay to step back again. Particularly if we see that we cannot fully commit.

We have know for a long time that both blueberries and rosemary enhance our memory. Rosemary, fresh, dried or as an essential oil, is excellent to use when studying or put on a wrist to sniff when writing an exam.
Blueberries mixed with rosemary and some filtered water or coconut water make an excellent brain booster.

This time may feel difficult and challenging. Have a look at what is happening. Is there a repeat pattern? Have you dealt with similar things before? The Hagal rune often highlights the fact that when we don’t learn and grow through a test, it will be given again. Each time it is given, it will become harder and harder. Thank s leads to change through challenge.
However, this may bot be the right time. You may have too many doubts, a lack of routine or feel bogged down. Look at details and work out where a slight change might have a great impact.
This will lead to a much greater inner strength.
The wheel is always turning, and “bad times” will always end, bringing “better times”.

Follow the Leader points out that we are being guided to take on a leadership role. We are called on to be an example to others. They will benefit from all we have to share. This sharing should always be done with love and kindness.

Well, that was quick! The first Full Moon of 2026 was there and gone in the blink of an eye (at least that’s the way it felt!). In addition to that, it honestly feels like the perfect Full Moon for this period of time. To me, everything feels as though it’s happening so quickly, in addition to the fact that the beginning of the year usually feels as though it carries an energy all of its own. In addition to all of that, this Full Moon is a Supermoon! This could be the perfect time to align ourself with a higher vibration and welcome the energy surrounding us. While doing this, why not take a moment to release emotions which may have build up over the last month. Start the year with a fresh slate. This moon reminds us to focus our attention on things that really matter to us. I guess this could be likened to the food we eat. Are we choosing to eat processed foods with empty calories, which really do us no good in the bigger picture. Or are we opting for richly nutritious foods which feed us right through to our soul?

As the final Runes reading for 2025, I find it really interesting that this is the message. Drawing the first one (on the left), I thought it might be helpful to ask for a little more clarity. I’m glad I did.
Many of us like to settle ant disputes or uncertainties before the new year begins. This reading shows that there might, in fact be a lingering irritation. This might be due yo a level if stubbornness on one or both sides. This particular rune shows that we do, in fact, have the strength to overcome whatever we are facing. When we step back, remove ourself from the centre of the situation, it all becomes more clear.
Flexibility and understanding are also paramount at this time. By allowing things to evolve and unravel in their own way, rather than fighting for complete control, . Remain strong. Carry that strength boldly, while also remaining kind.

Somewhere along the way, we learn that the most beautiful things in life
were never meant to be held in our hands…
they were meant to be held in our hearts. 🤍

They are the people who sit beside us in silence
and still make us feel understood.
The places that feel like home the moment we arrive.
The memories that return quietly,
especially on nights like this. ❄️

They are photographs that make us smile and ache at the same time.
Laughter that once filled the room and still echoes in our mind.
Moments so small they almost went unnoticed,
yet now mean everything.

As the snow falls softly,
I realize how little we truly need to feel rich.
A familiar face.
A shared glance.
A memory that reminds us we were once deeply happy.

Time takes people, places, seasons…
but it can never take the feelings they left behind.
Those stay.
They always stay.

Because in the end,
life isn’t measured by what we owned,
but by who we loved,
where we felt safe,
