Thought I'd share that I took a self care morning and jogged from Kelly Beach to Mon Repo Beach. Beautiful, amazing - a full adrenaline, dopamine and serotonin hit. You are blessed with your beaches. I hope you can get out there and soak it up this weekend.

Thank you to Robina Palliative Care Teams - Acute Care and Community teams. You really invested in your awareness of Compassion Satisfaction and Compassion Fatigue and had some positive results from participating in the project.
The data told a positive change story however this was only possible because you invested yourself to think on the material.
Thanks Rina for sharing the resources and the data with the team. Thanks Jane for sharing the 3 Flows of Care (How are your balls)? with everyone.
