We had the great pleasure of spending the day at the ECTA Conference 2025 on Saturday. We launched our new Educator Reflective Journal at our stall. A combined journal for reflection on wellbeing and pedagogy. We also gave away a major prize draw - an Abundant Educators day.

What an amazing day at the Little People Big Dreams conference in Darwin today. The Northern Territory has so many wonderful educators working in so many different contexts. There is progressive thinking and conversation coming out of the Territory. It was such a pleasure to be part of this fabulous event and to bring a little slice of peace to the day.

We’ve landed in Darwin ready for the Little People Big Dreams conference tomorrow! We’ve enjoyed a walk along the esplanade to watch the sun set with the symphony of birds around us. Soaking in the heat. Can’t wait to share our presentation with educators tomorrow - What the Heck is Wellbeing Anyway? Darwin friends, come see us tomorrow and say hi!

Last weekend we had the privilege of facilitating an Abundant Educator day with one of our centres.
Our day was filled with opportunities to share and reflect on our experiences in education and life. Daisy took the educators through two guided meditations that reseted their nervous system and allowed them to explore a new way of being moving forward.
We shared the five pillars of Abundant Education, a new paradigm of education that cultivates wellbeing and fosters creative flow of learning. We dived deep into the relationship pillar exploring what relationships mean for us in Early Childhood Education and how to take care of yourself as you care for so many. A beautiful, powerful day to begin a six month journey together as we heighten this teams state of wellbeing. Daisy and I are so excited to see how an already strong team can expand together in that time and beyond.
Here's some feedback from the day:
- The guided, long meditation was amazing!
- I felt safe to talk and express without judgement
- I learnt strategies to let go and was reminded to stop and take time to see and hear others
- The event was very warm and inclusive, a welcoming space.
- I have learnt to make sure I am making time for myself and checking in on me
