🌞 Behind the Performance | James Nash 🌞

Brisbane’s local powerhouse is climbing fast in the world of powerlifting 🏋️ taking 2nd place at the CAPO Queensland State Titles and finishing 8th at the CAPO Nationals (2023) with lifts over 272.50 kg squat, 290 kg deadlift, and a 700+ kg total.

But big results mean big strain. That’s why James uses to recover faster, stay mobile, and keep chasing his next PR. Strength is built in training, but sustained behind the performance. 👊💪

☝️Also... James is set to hit the platform again at “The Night of the Deadlift VI” on the 29th of November, one of the most exciting powerlifting events on the calendar. Stay tuned as he prepares to showcase his strength and push for even bigger numbers under the lights. 🔥🔥🔥
