I’m a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach, and I bring in the gentle strength of Yin Yoga, the restorative benefits of MyoFascial Stretch Therapy, and the deep understanding of a Peri & Menopause Coach. For a decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding women through transformational experiences as the leader of our Wellness Sisterhood Retreats. I’m also the proud author of Rocket Fuel—a wellness book created to inspire women to reignite their purpose, energy, and vitality. I don’t just train bodies—I help women transform from the inside out. My approach is grounded in self-awareness, compassion, and real connection.
