Well this year has gotten away from me again. With my intention of mindfulness towards this page I have become neglectful.
Life becomes so busy that we get caught up in our own stresses and timetables.
I have been studying a new modality over the last couple of months - Sound Healing Therapy- I’ve completed my level 1 and 2 and look forward to another 2 modules to complete the training. Then I will look at offering sound healing or possibly incorporating sound into massage treatments.
Within the understanding of everything being vibration and frequency it is easy to see how sound can influence our mental, emotional and physical state.
Sound waves influence the integral proteins on the surface of our cells- different frequencies help to stimulate different hormones and neurochemicals resulting in a range of health benefits.
If you get the chance get yourself to a sound bath or sound healing session - I highly recommend it
