After what feels like a long break Yoga again this Thursday at 9am - Hatha yoga for over 50s

Will also start a Thursday afternoon 5.30 pm class the following week if there is any interest
Again Hatha yoga with attention to alignment but the afternoon class will also include some Hatha flow . Suitable for begginers and those with some experience.
Classes are $15 . First class free

Hello , my name is Jane . I have been a Physiotherapist for 37 years and teaching Yoga for 5 year .
I have opened a small yoga studio at the Olive Grove in Seaview Park . I will teach Hatha yoga with an emphasis on alignment working towards flexibility, strength, ease and grace of movement and calmness of mind . I offer small group class ( max 5 ) to allow individual attention to help each develop their personal practice .
We will use props ( blocks , bolsters , straps & chairs ) as needed so that even the least flexible can enjoy and practice yoga
I am thinking of
Tuesday & Thursday afternoon 5pm till 6. 30 ( can start later if people are coming home from work)
One early morning 6.15 - 7.30 am
One mid morning about 9.30 to 11
Price $18 casual or $150 for 10 classes
Please message me with interest , preferred days / times or questions
You will need your own mat ( I do have a couple of spares) All other props are provided
Look forward to hearing from you and seeing you on the mat 😊
