I now have a beautiful space that I have regular access to and I'm planting down roots for the foreseeable!

I know it can be a very busy and stressful this time of year... What great timing to take a break, connect with others and meditate 🧘🌞

I know I've been very quiet again!
After some challenges and changes this year I have decided to take a break from 'meditation with Becca' and focus on myself at this time.

This doesn't mean that I want to stop connecting or sharing meditation though 🧘
In fact I'm feeling called to connect with like minded people and co create a beautiful space where we can connect and share together.

This will be a space where anyone of us can guide a meditation or recommend a listening at each meet and we can bring a plate of food to share ❤️

Of course there is no cost as this is just like minded people meeting for some meditation and chats!

Wishing everyone a happy new year!
New year often means new beginnings for people & I have followed that trend this year!

I have started at a wellness centre close to home in Springfield 🧘
Doing more of what I love.... Group work! 🎉

I will be holding workshops through meditation with Becca but this will be the last meditation circle at my home for a while. I will be looking for a space to hold circles later in the year ❤️

Here it is.... Some new offerings for the new year!

I have been facilitating groups for the past 2 years in the mental health space and over the last 6 months I realised how much it LIGHTS ME UP! 🌟
Don't get me wrong, I still love individual sessions... There is just something so beautiful about a group of people coming together to learn and being able support & share their own wisdom 🧘
