Realm of Connection: The Eight Cities is a unique, therapist-designed group where children learn social and emotional skills through guided fantasy role-play, inspired by games like Dungeons & Dragons.

Each week includes: 🗺️ A short online module to learn new skills
🔥 A face-to-face, structured role-play session to practise those skills
🛡️ Teamwork, storytelling, and problem-solving in a safe, supportive group

Currently studying psychology, Natalia uses her previous work experience, along with working closely alongside her team members, to deliver the best experience as a therapy assistant. Natalia is passionate about working with her clients to be the best version of themselves.

Natalia works with clients to improve their executive functioning, social skills, and school/university tasks.

You will also see Natalia on the front desk as our admin's friendly face! She will always greet you with a smile, and she hopes to brighten your day just a little bit!

Burnout isn't just feeling tired; it is a deep, chronic depletion that seeps into every part of your life. It often shows up slowly: a growing sense of detachment, irritability, low motivation, brain fog, or that heavy weight in your chest that makes everything feel like too much. And yet, many kept pushing through because they feel they have to - for work, for family, for the expectations they have placed on themselves.

Over time, burnout can distort the way you see yourself and the world around you. It can turn things once loved into burdens, make you feel numb and constantly on edge, and strain your relationships with the people you care about most.
