Restorative Yoga in the Garden on Friday night 🦋

As we come towards the end of the summer we may be feeling the call to relax, restore and replenish our energies before we shift into the energy of the Fire Horse in February. 🔥

As we close out the year of the Snake, we may be feeling the final releasing of what no longer serves us, what we choose not to bring into this new cycle.

During this restorative practice we will give ourselves an opportunity for deep rest, to help to integrate the shedding and releasing we have been moving through to help us to open more fully to the expansive new beginning that awaits us.

During this practice I will offer hands on energy healing to assist in the process of letting go. Give yourself this gift of deep replenishment as you prepare for what will be a year of growth and expansion. 🧘‍♀️🌸

My upcoming Chakra course is a great opportunity to learn more about the Chakras - the energy centres of the body. 🙏🏼

Each week in this course we will connect to one of the Chakras, exploring each one’s power and significance in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

In every class we will balance, energise and harmonise each energy centre through yoga poses, mantra and meditation.

There are 2 options to choose from, Wednesday nights starting from April 30th, and Friday mornings starting from May 2nd. Each will go for 7 weeks.

There is also an option to attend Online via Zoom. Any sessions that are missed, a recording of the class will be provided.
