My heart is full of gratitude after our first workshop of sound and energy

It was the groups first experience with sound and thy embraced the experience wholeheartedly.

We started with learning a simple box breath to reset our parasympathetic nervous system then we moved through a sound journey and finished with some hands on journey.

Find me every Tuesday in Karnup from 3rd Feb 11-6 offering one on one sound & somatics

The practice:
As someone who is trained in access bars, reflexology, bodywork, reiki and trigger therapy I incorporate all of these modalities to provide a deep somatic healing practice.

Sound, essential oils and light touch is applied to the body to help shift stuck energy.

During the session you’ll feel relaxed. Sometimes people experience hit/cold, tingles, tears, laughter and a deep sense of peace and gratitude. Sometimes people feel nothing immediately but say they sleep better and less stressed.
