Everyone wants more energy.
More focus.
Better mental health.
But most people are running their life on broken sleep.
We treat sleep like the leftover scraps of the day.
Stay up late.
Scroll the phone.
Watch one more episode.
Hit snooze three times in the morning.
Then we wonder why we feel wrecked.
Sleep isn’t something you squeeze into your day.
Sleep is the foundation your day should be built around.
Protect it.
Everything else gets easier when you do.

But most of them have never been taught how to regulate their nervous system.
After running sessions with the Stars Foundation and the The Salvation Army youth accommodation program recently, it’s clear these tools land.
