This year has been a big one! An accident off my horse, a long and ongoing recovery, a new building, a fit-out, a rebrand, and new members joining the team.

Through it all, you continued to trust us with your health and the health of your families.

I’m incredibly grateful to our team, and to this community, for the patience, care, and support you’ve shown….especially during my recovery.

We’re so excited for what’s ahead, and so glad you’re part of it!

We are thrilled to introduce you to our new full time Chiropractor Dr. Natalie!

Dr Nat is a warm and heart-led chiropractor who loves supporting people through all seasons of life — especially mums, bubs, and growing families.

Originally from South Australia, she recently made the move to Karratha and is looking forward to becoming part of the community. She’s excited to bring her passion for whole-body wellness to the North West Chiropractic team.

With a strong interest in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic, Dr Nat combines gentle, neurologically focused techniques with a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal and adapt. Her goal is to help every person she works with feel safe, seen, and supported — whether they’re navigating pain, preparing for birth, or just wanting to feel more connected in their body.

When she’s not in the practice, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sunshine, adventuring outdoors, cooking nourishing meals, or enjoying slow moments with loved ones.

Thank you to all our beautiful clients for your amazing care and support, your kind words have truly brightened my day 🤗

I’ve been mending here in my recliner chair, and I’m happy to say I’m noticing little improvements each day. Hopefully this healing journey keeps rolling in the right direction!

Behind the scenes, I’ve been quietly working away on some big and exciting projects that I can’t wait to share with you in the coming weeks.

The most pressing one is getting our incredible new full-time chiropractor, Dr. Nat, inducted and ready to hit the ground running! 🙌

Dr. Katie and Kathy are holding down the fort this week, so thank you for your patience if it’s been a little tricky to get an appointment. The good news is: Dr. Nat joins us next week, so we’ll have more hands on deck very soon.

I can’t wait for you all to meet her — I just know you’ll love her! I’ll be doing a proper intro post for her later this week 💫

✨ Update from Steph ✨

Dear Valued Clients,

I wanted to share a quick personal update with you. Recently, I experienced a fall from a horse and, as a result, sustained a significant fracture in my spine and my ankle. Understandably, this means I’ll be stepping away from hands-on care for a period of time to focus on healing and recovery.

In the meantime, the clinic will continue to run as usual in the wonderful care of Dr. Callan and Dr. Katie. We’re also working hard to move things around so a trusted and highly skilled colleague can take my place caring for you in the meantime 🤞
Additionally, Dr. Olivia will be returning to cover a week in May — I know many of you will be thrilled to see her back.

Our priority is to ensure your care remains consistent, professional, and of the highest quality throughout this time.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and the overwhelming support from our community — it truly means the world to me. I’ll keep you updated on my progress and look forward to reconnecting with you all when I can ❤️🙏
