🕓 Duration: 4 weeks

The i-League is all about fun, inclusion, and opportunity. It’s designed for kids with disabilities, developmental delays, or other barriers that might make mainstream football hard to access. 💙

Short term accommodation is now called short term respite.

We spoke with participants, families and carers about this change. Most told us that short term respite better reflects the value of informal supports and the importance of sustaining these relationships.

We know some people have concerns about the word ‘respite’, but many carers and families use and understand it well. After considering all the feedback, we chose this name because it’s clear and widely recognised.

Short term respite gives you time away from your usual care arrangements, while your primary informal supports take a short break.

We’ve updated Our Guideline to make it easier for you to understand and use. It explains:

✅ who can use short term respite

✅ what it includes

✅ how it works

✅ where it can be used.

Psychiatrist availability 13 to 65 years for assessment and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, eating disorders & more.

If you would like an ADHD assessment you can arrange this by contacting the Clear Health Psychology intakes team on 6424 8177.

If ADHD is indicated, you can then be fast tracked to the Clear Health Psychiatry team to see what treatment options may be appropriate.

This allows the psychiatrist to spend more time on treatment options as the bulk of the assessment is complete.
