What is the Picnic Club?
The Picnic Club is a play-based, evidence-informed group designed to support children aged 2-5 years who experience eating challenges.

Our approach is based on research exploring how playful, low-pressure food experiences support children to feel safer and more confident around food.

This group is:

⭐ Neurodiversity-affirming
⭐ Responsive feeding informed
⭐ Focused on safety before variety

Led by our Dietitian and Occupational Therapist, this group features engaging food play, handy tips for parents and a casual picnic setting.
