It rained a little at the farm, so I took the opportunity to do a little digging.

Lots of digging to go... 🥴 but I'm happy I persevered with one pass to ensure the circle was complete.

🫣 LOTS of rocks to dig through.

I reflected on the choices I had.

- give up when it felt hard because of the annoying rocks...

- keeeep going. Look how far you got around before needing a breather. Look how hard the ground is, top effort me. Keep going, you know you can do it. 10 more minutes & the circle is complete. You've got this.

💥🫶✨️😘 as you can see. Lots & lots of self talk got me to the end. Im happy I stuck it out.

My message to all. Keep going. Keep talking to yourself in ways that feed your heart (and even the ego). Take as many pauses as you need to top up fluids, shake off the crawling uncomfortable, reflect quickly on capacity and your why.

Tick, tick, tick... keep going. You've nearly achieved 'the thing'

Today we step into the 11:11 Gateway ✨️

This is a truly powerful portal of awakening and remembrance. 🫂

Today, don’t just look in the mirror—move with it.

🎼 Put on a song that makes you feel alive.
💫 Let your body sway, wiggle, dance, or just tap your fingers.

👑 Watch your reflection join in the fun.

🦋 Notice how your face changes when you smile for real.
🦋 Notice the spark when you let go of “how it looks” and just enjoy.

🌟 Your Practice:

Pick a song.

Dance with yourself in the mirror for at least one verse.

When you finish, look into your own eyes and say:

📢 “I am joy in motion."
📢 "I deserve to feel light and free.”

Sometimes the deepest healing comes when we remember how to play. 🦋

Today, instead of looking for what you want to change, I invite you to pause and acknowledge what your body does for you every single day.

💖 That heart that never stops beating.
💖 The lungs that fill and release with life-giving breath.
💖 The legs that carry you through your journey.
💖 The hands that create, comfort, and connect.

Stand with me, look into your eyes, and say aloud:

✨ “Thank you, body, for all that you do for me.
I see you. I appreciate you. I honour you.” ✨

Your body has been with you through every moment of life—holding your pain, your joy, your love, and your resilience. Today is about softening into gratitude.
