Hi everyone just to let you know that we are leaving town as job contract is coming to an end so my last day for massage appointments will be Tuesday 30th October. Term 2 of Wednesday night yoga starts next Wednesday 2nd may at ‘house on the hill’ 6.15pm till 7.30pm 🌺
$12 per class
No booking necessary as it is a drop in class.
Hatha yoga with breathing and relaxation /meditation🌺
BYO mats but I have spares plus straps /yoga bricks
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness

Thai massage (known as lazy mans yoga)$90 for an hour and half -done in the floor with loose clothing -lots of stretching

General classes include asanas, pranayama and relaxation in a Hatha yoga style class -suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Mats and equipment available

Hi everyone, I have finally joined the 21st century and got myself a page.
Just to let you know that Wednesday nights yoga class finishes in two week for the school holidays -details are as followed

Wednesday night 6.15pm till 7.30 pm
