My name is Theresa and I am a Mace Energy Method Practitioner, Reiki Master, Mindfulness Meditation Master, Sound Healing Therapist. My goal is to assist people to move from the moment they are in and in overcoming trauma, pain, stress, and those ‘life challenges’, to live a more harmonious and abundant life. Being fully present, and shifting the way we think about the challenges we face daily, we are able to release pain, trauma, stress and assist our body to move more freely and connect to who we are at a deeper level. This brings a level of freedom, release, joy and a sense of well being which can allow us to live fully in the now. My approach is intuitive, connected and responsive, encouraging my clients to love who they are, embrace the joy of living and do the things they love to do. My Qualifications:

Our Story

Therese'a Donovan founder of Nurturing Harmony

I’m a qualified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Life Coach. I discovered meditation in the mid 90’s and have continued to learn more about how meditation assists us to be fully present in our lives, re-wiring our thinking and transforming our minds so that we can live more harmoniously. I have faced many personal life challenges and through my own practice of meditation I have come out of each one stronger than before.

I have been a qualified Reiki master for over 20 years and one of the great aspects of Reiki is that it reduces depression and anxiety by changing your mood which in turn has a positive impact on your personal and professional life. Our observation of ourselves and others is that the nature of modern living can sometimes leave us wondering what the purpose of life is. I am passionate about integrating Reiki and Meditation into my life coaching programmes to assist individuals to increasing their passion, energy, curiosity and learning in their lives. The work I value is in the fields of mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Creativity and authenticity.
