We spoke with Cameron and Andrew, previous locum Podiatrists about their time with us in the Pilbara 💜
Cameron joined us while travelling around Australia and says it was by far the best workplace experience in his 16-year career. He says the role offered an incredible breadth of experience – from working across every aspect of Podiatry, to seeing a diverse range of patients in the clinic and providing outreach services to Indigenous communities.
Andrew enjoyed the mix of general podiatry, biomechanical assessments, and wound care and the opportunity to deliver services across diverse settings, including outreach clinics throughout the Pilbara region, centre-based clinics in Karratha, and at the Roebourne Aboriginal health service, Mawarnkarra Health Service.
They both enjoyed living and working in Karratha, experiencing the Pilbara and immersing themselves in our slower paced lifestyle.
