As the year winds down please note our studio closure dates: 22nd December - 11th January 📅

‼️Our last week of 2025 will have a reduced schedule.

‼️All memberships and passes will be placed on hold during this break.

‼️Whilst our team takes a break and enjoys some nourishing time away, replies to enquiries will be slower than usual however, we will respond when possible.

You may have seen some things in studio... We are giving new life to these epic reads! These books range from self-help to deeply spiritual transmissions. Instead of gathering dust on shelves, these books have been generously donated to the space for a second life, so we have started a small Ora library for you!

》Available to borrow for up to 5 weeks
》Open to members and non-members
》Pick up only in studio during class times ~ Online requests will not be actioned
》Library slips are within the front page of the book ~ Sign and pop into our card holder
》Enjoy the wisdom these books have to offer!!

Yoga for our pregnant Mama's 🤰🏽

Beginning Sunday 30th November we are offering a gentle + powerful space for expecting mama to soften, create space, and connect deeply with themselves & baby.

These sessions focus on regulating the nervous system through mobility, breath + presence, bringing awareness to the pelvic floor, and using intentional poses that support birth preparation and create space for bub to come.

Guided by Nat, who is currently expecting and in her third trimester, this practice is shared from lived experience and her deep desire to pass on the wisdom of yoga in pregnancy.

No experience needed, just bring your beautiful self 🌱

The Space is a Yoga studio in Karratha, WA. We offer Ashtanga, Vinyassa, Yin and Pre-Natal/Post-Natal classes.

We have a wide range of self-care products including doTERRA essential oils, Mayde Teas, Birthwise Bodywise Products, Lorraine and Blair weekend bags, Joli by Marni Lava jewellery and our own range of bath salts, body scrubs and natural deodorants.
