Courtney Robinson is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with PACFA, the national peak body for Counsellors and Psychotherapists in Australia. Originally from California, Courtney obtained her BA in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies and Human Development in the USA. She was inspired to complete specialised training in cutting-edge brain-based therapies, Direct Neurofeedback and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, after observing the extraordinary improvements in a family member with special needs.
Courtney applied her skills and knowledge at Physician-led private health clinics in Los Angeles and Orange County, working with children, adolescents and adults to treat Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, Autism, Addiction, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury and learning disabilities.
Courtney’s love of adventure and passion for mental health led her to Australia where she completed her Master of Counselling at Murdoch University and a specialisation in Sandplay Therapy. Courtney has practised as a Counsellor for various organisations in Perth including Mission Australia (Alcohol and Other Drug Service), Alzheimer’s Australia and Youth Focus (Adolescent Su***de & Depression).
