Good Morning
Hello Hello Hello to you all

A big shout out to everyone for your support and custom. I appreciate you all.

As you know, Pete and our son have been unwell. They are both on the road of recovery.
🙏🙏🙏

In reflection and inner work during being MIA, supporting my family physically and emotionally, I have had a rebirth.

My purpose is stronger, my drive and passion is stronger, my commitment to my husband and children are stronger. My priorities have shifted to align with my soul mate and our immediate tribe, now able to balance the energy need to support them and my business.

My commitment to you is clearer and I love our extended family/community/tribe.

My Wellness Sanctum is strong in my/our future; as such I share my current work and experience through my new business/page/website.

🌿 In order to heal...
🌿 In order to become all of who you are...
💞 YOU NEED SELF LOVE

Some HUGE obstacles to self love are:
- self criticism
- self hate
- disassociation
- need for perfectionism
😪😪😪 All of which eventually lead to self punishment and dis-ease 😪😪😪

🤔 WHAT THE HECK IS SELF LOVE?
🤔 WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
🤔 WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?

To love yourself you need to:
💞 Be willing to give yourself time...
💞 Give yourself time to develop & learn...
💞 Implement daily routines/rituals/practices
(call it what you will)
💞 Be willing to truly get to know yourself
💞 Be willing to accept who you are
💞 Be willing to accept where you are at.

When your inner foundation is strong then you have more capacity to heal, transform and create beautiful honouring relationships.
